Welcome to my world hunny!
Well i am 37 and only been having this problem the last 6 or 7 yrs, so you have been unlucky. But having said that, i reakon its best you get it sorted when you are young.
Sometimes young people get put on the pill to sort this problem. I cant because of my age. But apparently there are herbal remedies out there that are quite good. Gp will help you if he/she is good.

You could go on the pill. They control your hormones and can stop your PMT.
They stopped my headaches so they might stop your depression. It depends which one you are on, you just have to keep going back and trying each one till you find your perfect match.
Good Luck!! xx

Well tbh darling so do i!
Every women hates being on there periods because it just makes you feel so down and upset and you just want to curl up in a ball and never come out, yes i get that feeling too.
The only things i can suggest is getting a needle to stop your periods, or maybe talking to your mum about getting happy pills, or if your parents dont agree to either, then when your on your period just plan somthing fun to keep your mind off it. Well what ever you decide to do remember your not alone! J x

This is really common and very normal, all because of the fluctuations of hormones in your body during your period. Your doctor can actually offer natural remedies for this problem, and you'll feel so much better. Check out this site:http://pmdd.factsforhealth.org/
