Unlike the other replies you've received, I don't think you have to give any other details. The bottom line is that you want to stop and that's that. The best advice that I have is probably the hardest. First, get rid of the stuff that arouses you. That could mean throwing out movies or turning off your internet, etc. Second, is to find a really close friend who you can trust and be honest with, and have them become you're accountability partner. You need to have them ask you consistently how you are doing, and you HAVE to be honest. You could also have a consequence, so that everytime you masturbate you have to give $20 away to charity or something like that.

It's generally agreed that masturbation is a normal and healthy way to relieve sexual tension.
Why do you want to stop? Is it affecting you negatively in some way? Are you feeling guilty about it?
