I think he might like me too because sometimes when I glance over at him I see him staring at me and when ever I talk to him he always smiles and it seems like he is nervous. I really want to ask him out but i don't know if I should. I'm not sure what will happen or how I should do it. He is also Asian and I'm afraid he will only like Asian girls. He is actually one year older than me too. I really don't know what to do, I'm stuck!!!

It sounds like this guy likes you! Why don't you go for it? Asian guys do not go for exclusively one race, just like you don't. I'm sure he doesn't care what you look like or what shade your skin is... it sounds like he liikes you and thinks you're cute as you are.
Go for it. Even if you don't feel like being super forward and asking him to go out with you, you could at least make a move. Go and talk to him! Maybe he likes you and he's just as nervous as you are.
