If his penis was inside you with pre-cum it is highly unlikely that would make you pregnant without him ejaculating inside you but it is possible for his pre-cum to get your pregnant if you had unprotected sex.

It is unlikely that you are, even more so depending on when you last period was but get a pregnancy test in about a week and you'll make sure then.Don't panic about it because you don't know whether you are or not yet.
