I don't know what to do, I've blown too many relationships off before because of this feeling and I've regretted it all but if she doesn't love me then why should I be with her? Please help me. If she say's that she loves you and she has given you no reason to doubt her then just trust what she say's.
It sounds as though you are lacking self confidence if you are having this problem alot, talk things through with you're girlfriend you need to be totally open and honest in a relationship for things to work.

if she doesnt love you then y is she with you..I know alot of people who have this an ex for a start .. if you mess her about cause your confused your going to leave her in your position not being able to trust anyone.. talk to her if you love her make sure she knows cause maybe shes feeling the same. Everyone is different if someone hurt you in the past then you have to think that that was a lesson and she wasnt right for you but dont lose out on what makes you happy cause youl lose some specialxx
