 Hi sugar. If he is flirting with you, then ask him if he wants to go out with you, but if you know he is really for this other girl, then dont because he may take offence if he has made it clear he likes someone else.. on the other hand he may just like you both equally.  well how can he like another girl if he flirts with you a lot.just tell him that you really like him.don't ask what he'd say if you told him that because then hes going to know that you like him but hes going to think your being a baby about it.so just let him know how you feel before the other girl gets to him.hope i helpedlove and kissesp.s.message me telling me how everything goes.:)-
