 Sweetheart, just stay available to the guy. If you keep an eye on him and he does like you there will be signs you will pick up on. Most importantly, be yourself. Don't put on a mask, so to speak, to impress him. In most cases a person will begin to like you for all the traits you have as yourself. If you start putting on a show for them they don't see the real you. In that case you can actually push them away from you.

Well, as a simple answer, i think you would just know...he will look at you in a certain way, he will make an effort to talk to you etc. However, if you feel you haven't had the chance, perhaps because you've been in different classes at school or, he is a friend of a friend, then why not see if you could find out secretly by getting one of your friends to ask one of his friends - they would definitely know! However, if you have confidence, try talking to him, getting his number etc - you have nothing to lose, the worst thing could be that he doesnt like you - just don't mention that you like him until you've got to know him a little more and know how he would react.

 You need to sit him down and find out his true feelings and emotions.
but so he dont feel uncomfatable you need to tell him how you feel about him so he knows.
cause even if he dont like you atleast when he tinks he likes you he knows your feelings.
