writes:I am a single mother of 2.nobody in the office knew that i have already divorce.I have notice this SHY man who is 5 yrs younger than me in my office(from different dept).I have tried to notice that he has been watching me occassionly. I tried to smile to him but it seem like he has no respond and kept staring at me. Is he afraid to approach me because he thinks i already got a family? Do i have to make the first move? When i see him, i couldn't make myself to talk to him because i have this worried that he might not accept me.Please help.

In life, you just have to accept what happens. You can't predict what is going to happen in the future, so just have fun and enjoy the ride. You'll never know until you find out, so if you think you need to make the first move, do so. Ask him out for brunch or even a dinner. Just DO IT!
If you still want him to make the first move, then do a bit of flirting. Compliment him and make him feel comfortable around you. Whatever you do, just remember to not waste time stalling. Love is beautiful and any lack of attempt is just a waste of your life.
However, be careful to not get confused with work tension, where two people gain sexual tension while working with each other for a while.
