 You absolutely need to tell him. He has a right no know this before he gets married to you, it's too important a piece of information about you to keep a secret until after he's promised to spend the rest of his life with you.
Many times on this site we see men who find something like this out after 20 years of marriage and feel they have to leave their wives. You really don't want to be in that situation.
When you tell him, pick a moment when he's in a positive mood. He may find it really hard to hear.

 Unless you are in a culture where it's necessary that a woman be a virgin until marriage on threat of physical violence or death, there shouldn't be a problem.
If you were raped, you should be honest with your fiance and tell him what happened. I am sure he won't hold it against you.
