Please, please help me i'm totally confused! i broke up with my boyfriend in January and we hadn't spoken until today. i was in town with my friend sitting outside a cafe (the cafe where everyone hangs out, and where we hung out when we were together). My ex came out to talk to us because someone had told him we were out there. we went inside and everything was awkward for ages, until we both relaxed. he is a general flirt, but there were definite sparks between us and he was being pretty much like he was when we were together. he deliberately sang me 'our song', knowing the affect it would have on me, deliberatley trying to reel me in. after talking for 3 hours solid we got kicked out of the cafe because it was closing, and we said our goodbyes. he hugged me, but it wasn't a hug from a friend. it was the same type of hugs he gave me when we were together, lasting ages and really feeling as though they meant something. now, i'm pretty good at reading signals (if i may say so myself!), and i'd say he still liked me (probably not love) and was aware i still loved him. his girlfriend's mum is sick, so she doesn't have a lot of time to spend with him, and it doesn't suit him at all, as he's a very clingy character. he was definitely trying to get me interested, and was definitely showing similar interest in me. he kept making eye contact with me when our faces were just centimetres away from eachother.

juliagulia agony auntWell, if he has another girlfriend already, then I think you should just sit back and see what happens from here. Let that relationship play out on its own. If he does still like you, he will definitely get in touch with you. I am sure he still knows how to reach you. Just because the two of you still have chemistry and he was flirty doesn't necessarily mean that he wants to start back up again. You said he is a clingy type, so maybe he just liked the attention. But, it could be that seeing you again brought back feelings. Only time will tell, so just relax for now and keep living life as usual!
