writes:I met a guy and we were seeing each other for not quite 3 months, things were going extremely well until BAM! I was hospitalized, nothing life threatening but still hospitalized, he called when I was in the hospital but never came to visit me, (we live over an hour from each other) he stopped by to visit me a few days after my return home and he seemed distant, a few days later he called and broke up over the phone. He said that he was not ready for the responsibility of a relationship, he felt that I was moving forward and he was not and if he was going to he would know it by now. I think that it was all a cop-out and he is actually falling for me and it is scaring him? The texting turned into a few phone calls and were soon followed by a date. Well as expected things started progressing and we started talking, he said that he missed me. I mentioned that SOMEONE tore his heart up and he said he didn’t think it was one person but a combination of relationships he also told me that he was not good at relationships! I ended up spending the night and the next morning I ask him if he wanted me to help him make his bed or just leave it because he was changing the sheets. He replied with “No, I am NOT going to change the sheets for a while, they smell like you”. (It was all I could do NOT to cry) We talked on the phone later that day and both agreed we had a nice time and he even said I hope it’s not the last, I said me too and his response was “good”! I have not heard from him so I text him last night but no response. I don’t think he is seeing anyone else but I am totally confused. I am confused and don't know what to do..... Any suggestions?
