I think some of my problems is that I am worried about the humiliation by Family and friends about flirting and being rejected. But my best mate reckons that people soon forget about it.

 girls love confidence. what can i say. I say work on that first..then the ladies will follow.
Write down what you love about yourself and what you hate.
Focus on the good and work on the bad..but don't beat yourself up about it because we all have our faults and weakness. How can the girls be into you if your not into yourself?
