Yes, take a pregnancy test. Yes, those are symptoms of pregnancy. Morning sickness doesn't have to be just morning, you can be sick throughout the day and especially at night. Frequent urination is also a sign. Get a test. If it's negative go the doctor.

 How on earth can you expect us to know the answer to your question? You can get a test kit at just about any store in these United States, even the dollar stores. Go get one and if you are going to be so irresponsible about your sex life you may as well pick up a carton of them.
