It is not worth speculating on this site what the reasons and causes can be; BUT it can be a health risk and you need to consult your doctor a.s.a.p.
Please do not be feel scared or embarrassed; doctors are trained to diagnose these symptoms and it will be much easier then you think.

keep the area clean but don't use normal soap, use a special genital friendly one.And see your doctor to get that lump checked out.Good Luck!! xx
