Sounds like you may have been working it against the back of your throat too hard. It's possible it's just a hickey too, because of the suction. Personally I love giving head, especially deep throat. It may not be serious but you should get checked out by a doctor. In class we learned about STI's/STD's and the symptoms. I can't remember for sure which STI it was, it could of been syphilis. I strongly advise you to get checked out by a doctor even if it isn't serious. If it is an STD then you are very lucky to get symptoms

Without sounding disgusting, when sucking excessively does cause blood vessels to burst, so this is probably the reason in your case for the sore throat. It shouldnt be any problem and will go away in a few weeks. In the meantime don't try so hard!
