A male Canada age 26-29, anonymous writes:

Ok so about 2 weeks ago i broke up with my girlfriend of 6 months, not only that, i even told her i didn't want her in my life and that we shouldn't be friends even though she wants to.. At the time it seemed like the right thing to do but now it seems like it was a big mistake, i've been missing her like crazy. I don't know what's wrong with me but ever since i broke up with her ive been acting differently, i don't ever feel like talking to people anymore and when i do i talk like i havent slept in forever and it's really awkward. I'm worried that ive changed and that i'll stay like this forever- ive heard of people being depressed after a break up but i don't feel sad, just different. Is something wrong with me or is this normal?
