A female Sweden age 26-29, *reenMaryJane writes:

There are so many things that feel "inclear" about in my relationship with my boyfriend.

according to him we have "the perfect relationship".

But for me there is a big red questionmark over my head and it feels like I have asked some of the questions I have like a billion times and I can tell that he is sort of getting sick of it...

I am doubting his feelings for me alot too, He is sick of that to. He says he loves me and all that and he cares for me.

I wonder why I feel like this ? cause it makes me really sad and all. Maybe I have low self esteem ? How can I improve it and how can he help boost it ?

It feels like Im ruinig this relationship with my angry/sad mood all the time that comes with all of my questions. please help me.

A female reader, Anastasia Trinidad and Tobago +, writes (9 June 2012):

Anastasia agony auntHi,

No one can boost your self esteem but you. Do not rely on anyone else to make you happy or feel good about yourself. You'll be up and down like a yo yo toy everytime with mood swings.

You will push him away by asking all these questions...so stop and trust him and what he says.

In the meanwhile, I suggest you get help from a professional counsellor with regards to dealing with your insecurities and coaching you how to have a positive outlook on yourself.

Without fixing that...you'll be having this issue every single time.
