writes:everytime i have a dream that involves me kissing a girl, i kiss her and then i end up getting a bunch of material like food from her mouth into mine. why is that? i've never kissed a girl (unfortunately) if that matters. any thoughts or similar dreams?

reader, anonymous, writes (9 July 2009): unbelievable! i used to have them dreams when i was alot younger. will describe mine. i would go to kiss a man (faceless man) and during the kiss i would pull away because i would get food like substance (like mashed potato). then i would be able to see his mouth and it was full of it. i always woke up at that point.
its very weird, and for whatever reason i just never forgot them.

Joke... They say dreams are the things that you've been thinking all over the day and sometimes an issue that strikes you most. I think you are growing curios of what it really feels like being kissed. And that you take it in your dreams.

I agree, your subconcious is manifesting these dreams because you are afraid/nervous about kissing since you've never done it before. I'm no Freudian, but it sounds correct to me!

 maybe it's your concious telling you that you're afraid in some ways to kiss a girl.
perhaps you'll be afraid if you mess it up or you'll not like the way she kisses.
it's definately to do with you not kissing a girl and maybe feeling you're not quite that ready just yet too due to these thoughts in your head about food from her mouth to yours.
