writes:My EX keeps calling, emailing, texting me...I think this is out of lonliness as he has moved across country into another job.I love him and miss him terribly but this is really making it difficult for me to move on. Should I just delete everything and not reply? I don't want to be a "witch" but at the same time he hurt me terribly and now its like he is prolonging the process.How can I do this without hurting his feelings?

sometimes a person needs to be a little selfish and think about what is best for them rather then the other person. you have to ask your self whether you can forgive him for the hurt he caused you. if you can then and oonly then you can begin chatting to him in the way you used to.
i believe in honesty all the way. be stright up with him and let him know how much u were hurting at that point in your life. tell him that for that reason u have to move on for your sake and his. and if he really cares for you he would allow for u to move on. Good luck
