I don't think my boyfriend's sister likes me!

I am 20 and my boyfriend is 36. His sisters so called best friend is his ex girlfriend and it seems as if she hates me just because I don't act like her or her friend.. I hate the fact that his sister's friend is his ex because they always talk. The only time he talks to his ex is when he is not around me and I feel that if there is nothing going on then when she calls him he can talk to her in front of me. His sister on the other hand is a bi*** she is always giving me attitude and giving me these off looks and when I would tell my boyfriend about it he would just say.. "oh she's just joking with you" but she never bugs me when he is around.. and the messed up part is that me and his sister work in the same place!!! Every time I ask him of is ex aslo known as his sisters friend knows that he has a girl friend he always jumps to another subject.. will someone tell me what the hell is wrong with this picture?????
