I have just turned 30 years old six months ago and I am worried because my body is changing in ways I do not like. My breasts are shrinking and it is not because I am losing weight because I have gained 10 lbs in the last six months at the beginning of this year. I was a D-cup now i barely fit into a B-cup this last few days especially I have noticed that I have lost a lot of volume. My eating habits and exercise habits are still the same so why is this happening. Is there something I can do to stop this is making me very sad I can't look in the mirror anymore.

Sad to hear this doll. Yes, women (to me anyway) are a lot more than just body parts, they have beautiful minds as well so dont let this get you down! Definitely see a doctor and a female one preferably I guess. Hugs. Keep yo head up :)

CindyCares agony aunt Honeypie is right when she says you are way more than your rack, on the other hand losing two bra sizes in 6 months at 30 years , and without weight loss , is not normal IMO.

And such a noticeable volume loss might ( not MUST, luckily ) appear in women in perimenopause- 45 and over. But at 30 ?

Just to be on the safe side, I'd see your OB/GYN and an endocrinologist , to check if everything is fine with your hormones production and balance.

You should go to the doctor and make sure that everything is in working order. It may be a thyroid problem or something to do with chemical levels. Whatever it is can probably be easily treated, but you must see a doctor.

Honeypie agony auntNo one likes it, but it's nature. Keep staying fit and healthy.

If it was a huge sudden change I would actually talk to my doctor. Just remember.. there is a lot more to YOU then your rack.
