 The best thing that you can do would be to get a prenancy test and find out if you actually are pregnant.
There's no point in wasting time - go and find out!

Its unlikely you are pregnant, as vasectomies are extremly effective, though this varies from clinic to clinic.
Take a test to be sure, they arent expensive and will tell you right away.
Another reason could be down to stress,losing weight or an underactive thyroid. Rarely, Polycystic ovary syndrome can stop your periods, but it is unlikely.
Just make sure you do a test as soon as you can as being pregnant without the correct medical attention can be dangerous.

Like the others said, pregnancy test right away. I've heard that on rare occasions that vasectomies don't work. Of course as it was mentioned before, there is the possibility that he lied about it.

 Is your boy friend about the same age as you. Could he be lying about the vasectomy. If he is close to your age, it would be hard to find a doctor that would perform this procedure on a man. At that age a guy has no clue what his choices will be as to having a family. Doctors know this and unless he has some genetic anomaly that doesn't need to be passed on few would do it.

You need to get a pregnancy test a.s.a.p..Rule it out at least instead of sitting there worrying. Then book an ap for your doc love or go see your doc anyway the sooner the better, You need to no one way or another if your pregnant, if your not it may be something else that needs some medical advice..TAKE CARE WITH LOVE MANDY XXXXXXXXXXX

 I suggest you do a pregnancy test as soon as possible.
That way you will a least know if you are pregnant or not.
It is no point delaying. Go get the test and find out!
