And yes there is every chance you could fall pregnant if he pulls out, you can still fall pregnant by pre'ejaculation. On top of this there are also sexualy transmittted diseases STDs to think about.

 You most certainly do have to worry about getting pregnant, you are playing Russian roulette if you attempt having sex in this way, i don't know statistics but yes people have got pregnant in this way.
You need to be very careful as what you are doing is also illegal and you boyfriend could go to jail for a long time if you got caught.
