 Doing it at home is fine, but if you're doing it at work, you need to seriously calm down and focus on regaining self control. I do agree that eastern European women are awesome, but there's a time and a place.
Keep some ice water at your desk and chug it until you get brain freeze whenever you have a thought of jerking it at work. Don't tell yourself you can't control it - you absolutely can, and saying you can't is just an excuse.
Assuming you're single, and she's going to be around for a while, and that your company won't fire you for dating within the workplace, you should ask her out sometime. If she says no, or if any of the above conditions are not met, you'll have to just accept that she'll remain just a fantasy.
