I am in a relationship with an incredible man that I am highly considering for marriage. My past relationships were all based on the physical but quickly fizzled b/c they had nothing else to offer. My current boyfriend and I started off as friends and even after becoming an item, it took us quite some time to get physical. Unfortunately the sex wasn't so great b/c I couldn't feel him inside of me! I tried to shrug it off as no big deal since he offers so many other amazing qualities, but I know that for me the penetration brings an amazing physical closeness that I want to share with him and need from my future husband. My partners in the past have been abnormally large or had alot of girth, so im really seeing my need to do kegel exercises. But do they really work? And how long does it take to be able to grip an index finger?? Also, does anyone know of any suggestions for male girth enhancement? (Natural remedies)...thanks!

I would love to see this "research" that kegel and other vaginal exercises don't work. I know they worked for me. If you educate yourself and actually learn how to do kegel exercises properly you can and will see results. I even went on WebMD to look for some sort of "studies" that show kegel exercises don't work and I found the opposite. So please, share your "research"

New research has shown that it is almost impossible for a woman to physically carry out the amount of 'Kegel' exercises needed on a daily basis, in order to regain & maintain tightness & tone of the vagina. All is not lost though & help is at hand, with the new range of 'STIM' appliances, which actually locate & do the kegel exercises for you. The best-selling product of these, called the 'Kegel8UltraPlus, has 14 different programmes, each one specifically to cover any vaginal problem a female might have, such as prolapse, leakage during sport, lack of sensitivity following childbirth etc. The staff on the Customer Service helpline are extremely friendly & helpful & easy to chat to, being female themselves. I bought my 'Kegel8UltraPlus' a few weeks ago & I've never looked back! They recommend you follow a 12 week exercise plan for optimum improvement, but I can notice a difference already (apparently, the first to notice the difference on the 'insides' is always your partner) & it builds up your self esteem! Give it a go ladies - you have nothing to lose & a new, tight vagina to gain!

Kegels ARE the answer, and it's not just kegels... there are other exercises out there that you can do too. After I had two children through natural childbirth, my partner and I felt that our sex was not as good as it once was and felt the same situation you're feeling now. My doctor had told me to do the kegel exercises and so I was trying them.

I came across a book later however that I have to say has taught me so much more than I ever knew about the vagina and made me tighter, stronger, and gave me control over my orgasms AND his orgasms. I'm able to drive him absolutely nuts with my muscles by contracting and expanding them while he is inside of me.

Anyway that's enough about me... here is a link to the book that comes with a money back guarantee and a bunch of other sex tip bonuses that you can read for free too. It's available for instant download and you can start tonight.

Good luck hunny!

Thanks for the answers so far everyone! The *volume* info is good to know for his penis health and if it does add girth i would be super happy. And getting a karma sutra book sounds like a good idea...have you done kegels? If so, how long before great results? Thanks again!

pandabird agony auntKegal exercises do work! Just clench, and release for 10 minutes a day... You'll notice the improvements very quickly!

There are also different positions you can do.. Have you tried putting your legs over his shoulders when he's on top?

Very deep, very good!

There is a pill called *Volume*--The herbs used are approved by the FDA. Volume pills are different than viagra. They make the penis healthier. The pills dont increase the thickness of the cock but they can increase the amount of semen a guy has. Volume is on the web and I might add they are expensive. Does this help?

I'm not sure about any girth remedies or if kegals work... i do know that women tighten if they don't have sex for certain periods of time. I also know that if you get on top, either while he's laying down or especially while he's sitting, you should be able to feel more.
