I was quite close to getting engaged to a girl i liked but it didn't go well with our family members and we had to drop the whole idea. But as i was looking forward to it with quite curiosity and positivity, i am now in a state of intense feelings about the whole thing. Same time i also feel reduced in my morale. What do i do now?

cd206 agony auntIt doesn't matter how your family members feel about this engagement. Do you want to marry this girl and does she want to marry you? If the answer to both these questions is yes then I don't understand what the problem is.
