I havent contacted him from the day he broke up with me as he said he's gonna block me in facebook, his phone, messagenger...Long story short, even after a month i miss him terribly, i knew he was abusive towards me and im lucky that he left me, but still i miss him. I see him at work everyday, i dont show any of my feelings towards him, but everyday seeing him is hurting me very much. Its hurting that he is being nice to everyone and ignoring me. I am at the verge of begging him to take me back. Please help me

Get a new job... Being reminded of him is obviously not healthy. Also, begging him to take you back will not work, it will just embarrass you. Resist the urge.
