I am a girl and I want her to love me back

I'm a 14 year old female who is bisexual. A few days ago I told one of my close friends who is a girl that I like them. They said they didn't feel the same, but today they texted me saying this: "How do you tell a person that sometimes when you talk to them you get butterflies and sometimes when you see them as well?" I told them to say that exact thing to them and they said "I just did". I was so confused. Also in the past we had kissed once so I could "experiment". I didn't actually want to experiment, I just wanted to kiss her. Anyway...so I don't get it. I really like them, and after what they texted me I like them even more. I think they might be going through a phase but idk. What could I do to make her feel the same?
