 myabe you two need to be less rough when having sex/ramming toys up there. if your bleeding then your obviously causing some kind of wound however minor and this is a sign you are damaging yourself.

 Definitely use a lot of lube, it will certainly help. Basically if you think you have enough lube put more on. Make sure to read up on safety, you can do permanent damage to the muscles up there if you're not careful.

 It can be normal. I would recommend lube or if you already have some then maybe look for something that will stay longer. Also it may help if you use a butt plug a little before sex so that you can loosen up.
It would be a concern if it persisted when you went to the bathroom.
