Hey. I was wondering, is there any way other than breath mints, mouthwash, gum, and eating the right way to make you breath not smell bad? The mints I don't always have access to, and I don't have much control over what I eat. I don't have any chance to use mouthwash. So is there any other way? Thanks.

ArmyMedic agony auntSee a dentist, avoid smelly food and drink, don't smoke, brush you teeth and tongue, floss, and use mouth wash.

Chew gum after meals and before kissing!

TasteofIndia agony auntGood hygiene is good hygiene. There's really no miracle plan to making your breath smell fresh as a daisy besides brushing your teeth (and your tongue, an often forgotten spot), eating mints or gum and using mouthwash. When you're at the store, get a travel sized mouthwash and carry it with you. It comes in handy!! Oh yes, and avoid onions, garlic, pickles, coffee and cigarettes if nothing else. They are delicious, but they can get you funky!!

Good luck, sweetness!
