 First, try staying sober for a while. He might be more impressed if you kissed him when he thought you really knew what the heck you were doing instead of just kissing him because you had a load on.
You didn't say under what circumstance you kissed him, but presumably if you're drunk and you're together with him it must be in some sort of a social setting. That's a good place to start. Try having a conversation with him. Get to know the guy, not just as a co-worker and as somebody you kiss when you're blaster, but as an individual. From there it should only be a short step to starting a serious conversation (if you're in shape to have one, and he is too) about the possibility of starting to see one another in some sort of dating relationship, or something more serious if you think he's ready for that.
You need to clear your head, alright. Cutting down on the booze and approaching HIM with a clear head is a great place to start.
