How do you lose fat from your inner thigh?

I am needing to lose fat off my inner thigh. Dose anyone have a suggestion over it. Cause it could really help me out. I mean I have try everything.

Also...take an excerse ball, lay on your back, lift your legs off the floor, bent at the knees. Hold the ball between your knees, and sqeeze hard, hold for a few secs, then relax. Each time you squeeze try holding as long as you can. Muscle burns fat.

And watch what you eat...you should be fine :) Good luck.

Blod agony auntUnfortunately, you can't lose fat anywhere specific without surgery. If you lost weight in general then you would lose fat from your inner thigh, but you'd also lose weight everywhere else.

The only other thing you could do is to exercise your thigh muscles. This would burn the fat off but it would be replaced by muscle. You'd be firmer, but not necessarily thinner.

So I think the most effective way to lose weight from your thighs would be a combination of both. Although if you're already a healthy weight then I'd suggest to just stick to the exercises and not so much a diet. I hope this helps.

lacrymosa_652 agony auntYou can't pick and choose areas of your body to lose weight from. But maybe try exercising your legs more, by running or cycling. And perhaps look up exercises that will focus on your thigh area.
