writes: I need advice! A while ago I met a guy when we were on a school trip abroad. I liked him the first time I set eyes on him. Recently he said something quite mean to me and he has a girlfriend. But I can't seem to stop thinking about him. I keep listening to songs that remind me of him and that I listened to when we were on the trip and the crush was really alive. I dunno if he liked me back, I used to think he did but now I don't think he did and that it was just all in my head. Has anyone got any tips? Of how to stop thinking about him or ANYTHING x

 Take your mind off him by hanging out with friends or getting yourselves involved in activites. Guys come and go. You could also tell him how you feel. It will get it on your chest, and if things dont work out move on with your liffe!

The best way to stop thinking about one thing is to start thinking about something more interesting. I suggest you watch a comedy movie or read a book.

 Hi Babygirl, It sounds like you are crushing in this guy bigtime. Is it because he has got a girlfrind why you want to stop thinking about him?. If you really want to stop thinking about this guy, then all i can say is that crushes tend to be quite short lived, and your feelings for him will lessen over the natural course of time. If he split up with this girl tommorow would things be different?. Would you consider asking him out if that happened?.
