 In my opinion "strontiumdog" offered very good initial perspective. Be adventurous, in other words, and just do whatever you wish. You provide very little information to go on here, but most men very much enjoy oral attention.
You could even ask nicely when in bed with a lover, "May I suck him?" Any man who would respond negatively would be crazy and should probably be eliminated as a sexual prospect. Do require and expect return pleasures.

 You have to set the mood.
Been there, done that, even got a t-shirt...
In the bedroom with your guy, light several candles around the room (use big candles that can't fall over and be a fire hazard and set them in the middle of a plate and turn off all lights).
Let him watch you undress (totally) and do it slowly. Then sit on the side of the bed and brush your hair for about 5 minutes.
Next, help him undress, then push him down on the bed flat on his back and kiss him several times with your boobs draging over his chest.
Then sit up beside him, keeping him on his back while you give him a hand job (tight grip but in slow motion) for at least several minutes.
If you think he's about to pop the cork just gently squeeze the head of his dohicky until he calms down.
Your next move is to straddle him, put a condom on his dohicky, then do the insertion yourself and sit all the way down on it.
With you in that position, move your hips in little circles until he's bug-eyed and gasping for breath, then bounce up and down on him until you break the legs off of the bed.
