 Everybody is different, and a lot of men find that they last longer when having sex than they do when they are masturbating. Really there is no way in telling how long you will last. Next time you are masturbating do it for 15 minutes without ejaculating. When you feel like you are reaching orgasm stop and then start again. Do this for 15 minutes and practice this for a few times. Try not to think about your own orgasm and think about your girlfriends.
If you're overheating during sex, stop and squeeze right below the head of your penis, focusing the pressure on the urethra—the tube running along the underside of the penis. This pushes blood out of the penis and momentarily represses the ejaculatory response.
Also a lot of men last longer second time around. So if it does happen that you end up ejaculating quite soon. Well then once you are finished. Hug and kiss her and show her a good time by having some foreplay and pleasing her, before long you will be aroused again and ready to have sex again, and usually men last longer the second time around.
Also if she is on top well your penis will be less stimulated. Ask her to go slow and hopefully this will prolong your orgasm. Also try not to think about it. The more you think about your orgasm the more likely it is to arrive so try and think about other things to take your mind of it. Visualise your girlfriend and just think about her.
