cd206 agony auntThe thing is with an orgasm is that when you've had one you just know. I know that's probably the most frustrating thing I could say to you- I'm aware that when people used to say it to me that I thought they were talking rubbish but it's true. When you have one it'll feel so good you'll just know you had one.

Evangeline agony auntHi,

If you can't be sure you've ever orgasmed then i am guessing you probably haven't. It is usually something that is quite obvious - however if memory serves, the first few times i did were very subtle and i couldn't entirely be sure whether i had or hadn't.

I'll try to describe some of the tell - tell signs of an orgasm. Before you Orgasm, you get a feeling that something is about to happen - a suspense builds up all over that area andyou feel like its comming. It lasts only for a few seconds at most and afterwards you feel pulsations in you vagina area. Almost like its opening and closing - these are very obvious you can feel it with you hand and your partner could certainly feel it while he is inside you. The scientific reason for these pulsations is to push the sperm up inside you to imprve the chances of fertilisation - so they are very real.

Many people find it hard to orgasm with a partner - especially if it is the first time. so having some time on your own to get used to the feeling is a good idea. But don't get worried or het up about it. Many women can't orgasm at all - so it isn't uncommon. And you can still enjoy sex without it.
