Boonridge McPhalify agony aunti think its ridiculous that you have to hide this as they should not be going through your stuff. Has any shock in the past maybe made them paranoid or are they simply invasive. Maybe there is a place in the house that they never use. Also think about getting a box of multivitamins removing the vitamins and popping your tablets into that.

A tinned locked box sounds like a good idea. I'd make it a larger one if possible as they may ask what's in there, and you can say it's your diary or something. If you have a small box and you won't tell them whats in there, they may hazard an educated guess.

TasteofIndia agony auntEveryone has given you great advice. If you need to hide them, hide them - good to see that you're taking care of yourself and protecting yourself (remember that birth control doesn't protect from STD's! Use a condom too!).

HOWEVER. If you are indeed 16-17, I think you're old enough to be making your own decisions and starting to make choices about your life. If you are mature enough to get the pills in the first place, you should also be mature enough to talk to your parents about this. Please think about sitting down and being honest with them.

Just throwing my two cents in... good luck, sweetness!

ur parents really shouldnt go looking through your stuff without your permission. Can you keep them on u like in your school bag or in your coat pocket while your at school then just keep them in your pocket at home? Buy a tin that locks and put them in there, one that isnt see through as that will defeat the whole object and hide it or you keep the key.

XxAngelDust89xX agony auntWell, I can't really condone you hiding stuff from your parents, but I do respect the fact that you are using protection. If you must, keep it on your person. Just make sure you dont have any extra corners!!
