A female United Kingdom age 26-29, anonymous writes:

How do I get my ex to ask to meet up, and how do I know if there is any hope of being more than friends?

My ex and I broke up 2 months ago, we were together for four months, and we havnt spoken since the breakup. .

So I accidentally emailed him on Sunday (he and my moms email starts the same way and it was late so I clicked the first one that came up).

So I sent him a quick text asking him to ignore it, then he asked me how I was finding school, my teachers and classes etc.

We've been speaking a little bit in the evenings since (he takes a really long time to reply)

I'm beginning to get feelings for him again, how do I get him to ask me to meet again? Is ther still hope for us?

Thank you!

aunt honesty agony aunthmm it was such a short relationship and after two months off no contact you need to come to terms that he might actually be over it. I think you need to remember why you both broke up and ask has that issue been solved? If it has then sure talk to him, but don't expect to much.

N91 agony auntI think if he wanted to he would ask anyway.

Why did you break up? You need to keep that in mind. I always find pepole who break up seem to end up in on/off relationships for a long time which isn't healthy.

You also broke up after a very short time together which I think shows you're not a great match for each other.
