But I met him and another girl who seem to be good friends but i cant tell whether they are dating...they seem to know each other quite well. However, he seemed kinda interested in me?! Im very new to dating and dont know how to find out if hes single, if he likes me or how to ask him out..i dont know what to say if he says no.  You could always ask one of your friends to ask him discreetly. He may enjoy the mystery of who's 'into' him and it beats the ' My friend fancies you' line :-) maybe he's a bit shy? Generally boys prefer to do the chasing, but we live in a modern world so maybe recruit one of your friends to play cupid. If you find out that the 'other' girl is HIS girl then just put it down to experience and move on.
