 dating your boss could get you into trouble but if it doesnt effect you career , if it wouldnt make it awkward between you and you boss , go for it but as i said dating your boss could get you into trouble ...

 If he is single and so are you, why not go out with him. That is unless it would get in the way if it didnt work out. If he is flirting and you dont like it, tell him you will report it if he doesnt stop.

If he is single , then there is nothing wrong to go for it if you have feelings for him.
If it does not work out, you will have to change jobs.
