I agree with da previous writer.Find somethings to keep you preoccupied other than sex.You are too young to be wanting to do it but i'm not saying you are too young to think it.It's normal as u go into your teens.You must also be never pressured into having sex.

 Right well, you are both at an age when sex is going to be on your minds alot. It is good to see that you don't want to just rush ahead with sex.
Firstly I guess there is masturbation which would take care of the sexual urges. It is something you can do on your own in private or together if you wanted to.
But sometimes wanting to have sex with someone else isn't all about the sexual urges it is about wanted to be really close to that person. Perhaps you could work out other ways to be close with him, going out on dates, doing things together etc.
