 Try some fake eyelashes.. they really help in opening up the eye, and they're not hard to put on :)
Also lining the outer 2/3 of the top eyelid, and winging it up can help give a cat eye effect.
Light shimmers on the inner corner open up the eye a bit more and darker colours always go on the outer corner.
ps. I'm a makeup artist :P

 Silver or white eye shadow on the inner corners of the upper lid make your eyes look bigger.. Also when using liner on top lids flick it out and up a tiny bit at the end (outer lid).. It works! :) i'd recommend a liquid or gel eyeliner for this.. Enjoy :)

I'm almost 18 years old, just a couple months to go and I don't usually wear make up just if I'm going out or trying to impress, and even then I refuse to wear foundation etc. just the eye stuff and lip stuff :)

Try a line of black eyeliner on the top of the eyelid and a bit under the eyelid. It dousn't matter if the line isn't perfect!
Then smudge the eyeliner slightly to achieve a smoky look that isnt too heavy.
Then a few coats of a good mascara on the top and bottom lashes!
I do it all the time it looks great!
I have found that using a dark eyeshadow to create the smoky look can make your eyes look small so I usually stick to just eyeliner! xxx

 Oh and also...to give yourself the sexy look, go for the smokey look with your eyes. Pixie lott in her video 'Boys and girls' is a good example!
