 You don't need to look for a girl for sex, seriously, once you start on the 'project' then it will become an issue for you and then it becomes a major issue for you. Start dating, hang out with friends, go to night school etc etc, talk to people, eventually (and i mean sooner than later) you will find someone where there is a mutual attraction, gradually it will come to a stage where physical contact will come naturally, then the next thing you know your in bed. The important thing is let things take their natural pace, you'll be surprised who quickly it will all fall in to place.

You should start talking to the girls that you like about anything and decide which you like best.When you find the one you like ask her to go on a date with you.If you guys become a couple you will eventually have sex together.If you do not become a couple ask another girl to date you until you find a girlfriend.
