I agree with Emily.Love cannot be forced or you cannot make anyone fall in love.It just happens.

 It always helps if you make her feel like she is the hottest most beautiful woman in the world. Don't be shy sexually either. Make love to her with as much passion as you feel. Women love being desired. Shy men will never win the girl. If she is into you at all, passion for her is the best medicine. Don't do the flowers or gift thing. I think that is a cliche. Take her somewhere nice for dinner. Hug her and kiss her when you see her. Don't let your insecurities show, that's a killer.

You will just have to be yourself and be a gentelman and hope that she feels the same way you do.
