He did say to me once 'you don';t like it when I kiss you' I said yes, but I do feel a bit shy, its been a while since I ve dated and I always get younger guys. He's always available to help me out when I need him, we work together, but I don't know if I should say anything to him, we always enjoy each others company. How can I move this on?

Kiss him, if he looks down a lot when facing you, then just take the initiative and lay one on him, he will get the idea and then he will take it from there.
Slow down a bit, you are falling for the guy, but you are probably not in love, but infatuated....you work together so be a bit cautious and let things grow slowly together, get to know each other and be friends first.
