Getting her to enjoy sex is not likely going to be ANY kind of problem - the age gap is perfect, since your both at your PRIME ages... your young and can provide repeat performances and she's at the perfect age where a woman is at her sexual peak.
Your main problem is likely to be on of attraction... she's going to have to see a mature interesting guy, one she feels good enough about to either have sex with or better yet a relationship - that is your challenge - don't focus on the sex, she'll probably take the lead there - you need to figure out the attaraction angle.

you just need to be more attentive and try and find out what she's into, and give her stimulating conversation also.
intelligence is also a big turn on.

A twelve year age difference, if your between 22-25 like the post suggest, dosnt make your new interest and antique!! According to the post shes not even 40 yet, cmon get real here lol. Most likely shes going to teach you a thing or two. Women at that age like to be romanced, flowers and massages, warmth, candles, those sorts of things, try it!

 First you gotta get her to throw down her walker....If you hadnt said she was 12 years older Id suspect you were hooking up with an 75 year old...(Is it ok to have sex with her?) lolIm just kidding. I think you should really take this opportunity to learn communication with her, as it will be a lesson worth learning dealing with intimacy in the future. MUTUAL EDUCATION.Young man, you should simply ask her. And let her teach you a few tricks. After all the experience pays off.
