My girlfriend of a year recently broke up with me, saying that she has lost faith in our relationship. I've had some crappy relationships in the past and I honestly thought we were doing good together. How can I help her regain that lost faith?

You can't help her if she doens't want to be helped. You could talk to her and ask her what was wrong. But let's face it, if she lost faith for no reason, are you sure you want her?
