writes:hi this is my situation. I have been with my fiance for 7 years. Over this period my girlfriend has put on around 5 stone and had we have had a wonderful baby boy. The weight gain has not affected how attracted i am to my fiance i still think she is sexy and a wonderful person. My problem is she has self image issues about her weight and feels she is ugly no matter how often i tell her she is pretty and sexy. This is ripping a hole in our relationship as our sex life is nearly over. We have sex probaly once a month. Not because she wants to but as she says a treat for me. She keeps her self covered and the lights have to be off. Any ideas on how i can help change her self loathing . And put a bang back in our sex lives

 Maybe if you guys would take nice long walks, with the baby to (I dont know the age of your child) exercise is a great way to gaine self confidence and it would be a good famaly acitivie to take up. :)
