Okay world, I need Help... I am 19 and have been with my boyfriend for three years. However, in the past six months he has been distant and cold. We haven't had sex since april. I was really ready to dump him because he was always off with his friends where I was not invited. But, he dumped me first! However, after a month he was homeless and I was foolish to let him stay with me until he saved up money to get his own place. All the while he totally was being mushy-mushy and tried to take me back! Meanwhile our friend, who is a male, was hanging out with us, and my ex-boyfriend became some jealous ass for no reason. Last night, we were all hanging out drinking and he exlploded out of no where. He pulled a butter knife on our friend and bit him! How do I get rid of my ex-boyfrind for good with out completely destroying himself?

snowbird agony auntBIT him, you say?? - EEK!! I don't know the guy of course, but he does seem a posessive 'head case' to me, and violent with it!! Trust me, if not nipped in the bud now, will only get worse. So get rid - and QUICK! My sister had a similar situation with her ex. You are not responsible for his welfare, housing situation OR happiness. If you have ANY concerns for your safety, call the police and say that you are in a dangerous situation and that you are trying to remove him but scared to tell him on your own - they will stand by whilst he goes, and they will be able to help/deal with him. Let it be their concern.. If necessary, they will put a restraining order on him. Try always to have friends nearby whenever you suspect he is going to be around. Sorry if I seem a little extreme, but he does seem volatile, particularly after alcohol!! Take care, and good luck!
