Keep this one a fantasy. You'll find that a number of men fantasize about their SIL's, myself included. It stems from the thought of having sex with someone that's very similar, but still different than your wife. I know I've beaten off more than a few times thinking about my SIL, and its largely a curiosity thing. Yes, my SIL is an attractive woman, but mostly I'd like to see if there were similarities to my wife. Does she give head the same way? Do her orgasms sound the same? So on and so on.

 If you haven't done so already why don't the 3 of you talk about having a threesome. That way you get the fantasy of having sex with your sister in law out of your system. If you still feel like you want 1 on 1 sex with her. you should both arrange to go somewhere for the night for a 1 off night of sex but don't your your wife or your sister in law's husband.Remember to use a condom if your sister in law is still of child bearing age.

I have been married for 3.5years and my sister in law has been living with us for that time.I understand and I still do have the Hotts for my sister in law. I masterbate, I look for porn similar to her body, I peak through her door when she changes....etc(the entire fantasy thing). What I come to learn from my own self examination throughout this, and that the fantasy part, I can control and make it go away like it doesn't exist. But having experienced a reality of having sex with my sister in law, I can't make that go away like a fantasy. The reality will always exist regardless of how much you try deny it never happened. You will have to deal with it and so will the sister in law. How anyone deals with this at the best way a fantasy is dealt with is highly unknown and probably impossible to deal with by denying it. Fantasy's are like personal thoughts, they can evaporate at our command. Realities, are not like personal thoughts but more like shared experiences that has more difficulty evaporating.The best way to experience a sexual encounter with the sister in law, will probably be one where you and her got so drunk that after the experience, you two vaguely remember anything but agree not to search out the reality of what happened but leave it as a possible dream.

Talk to your wife and get her to have a quiet word with her sister along the lines of "stay away from my husband"
It's quite normal for sisters to try and compete with eachother and she's obviously trying to prove she could steal you away if she wanted, it's a control thing. You are unfortunately just a pawn in her game and she's enjoying the attention she gets.
Keep telling yourself that you don't want to be a minor character in her silly mind games and show her how you are so in love with her wife that she doesn't stand a chance - she'll soon back off.
